In return, you receive an Injury Care Plan and education regarding your injury, Board Certified Physician Referral & Physician scheduling assistance if needed.  
Your assessment will take approximately 10 minutes and can take place by phone. During the evaluation, we take a detailed subjective report of your musculoskeletal complaints, movement impairments, joint integrity, range of motion, strength, and flexibility. This helps us guide your best medical options.
